They provide a diagnosis of any issues and then only go ahead with the repairs if you approve. They are known for their honesty and integrity. | Car Kings staff is honest, professional, and respectful. We are never pressured into getting repairs done and always told what needs to be fixed and at what price and then they leave it up to the customers to decide. The staff always gives me a heads up if they see something that will need attention in the near future or if a regular maintenance issue will be coming up down the road. I go in confident that the repair will be done at a fair price, it will be done correctly and I can leave happily knowing that my next visit will be just as good. Louise Ulan |
